COMP PREP ($103.41/week)

20 weeks minimum

  • Initial consultation via e-mail or Zoom. In-person consultation available for Adelaide residents

  • Initial physique assessment to determine appropriate show/ category/ federation

  • 100% personalised meal plan & training plan based on your goals and dietary requirements (to be adjusted as required)

  • Access to members' only recipe hub

  • 24/7 access to private coaching app (training plan, meal plan, coaching calendar, check-in, communication platform)

  • 24/7 access to coach via messenger/ app for any questions, inquiries or further support

  • Form check & technique assessment via video recordings.

  • Assist with posing

  • Weekly check-ins and feedback

  • Peak week strategies & reverse dieting strategies

20 weeks minimum

  • Initial consultation VIA e-mail or Zoom. In-person consultation available for Adelaide residents

  • Initial assessment to determine appropriate powerlifting meet.

  • 100% personalised meal plan & training plan based on your goals and dietary requirements (to be adjusted as required)

  • Access to members' only recipe hub

  • Powerlifting specific programming

  • Strong focus on biomechanics and peaking strategies

  • 24/7 access to private coaching app

  • 24/7 access to coach via messenger/ app for any questions, inquiries or further support

  • Form check & technique assessment via video

  • Weekly check-ins and feedback
